Privacy and document retention
How mediation documents and information are handled.
After the mediation ends, I will immediately destroy the information and documents provided to me.
I will retain only terms of settlement and any certificates filed in court, for the period required. I otherwise use Microsoft Enterprise software to store information and documents.
